One of my favorite bands of the early 2000s, Silvertide released a new single, its first in a decade back in September.

“Try Try Try” is straight from the band’s grungy, bluesy style. If there were ever dancing rock ‘n’ roll, Silvertide is it. It’s Black Crowes with a bigger touch of garage grunge.

Months after the single, there is still scant news of a new record or a tour. Even the band’s Twitter bio hints at a return.

Here’s hoping to Philly boys will get back on the bus and back on the shelves soon.

For now, here is “Try Try Try.”
